Since 100 percent of Columbus Academy's graduates attend major colleges and universities, students select Upper School courses with both Academy's rigorous requirements and the high expectations of college admissions committees in mind. Our students choose courses from a curriculum that offers remarkable depth and challenge. Mathematics, science, history, the written word (in both foreign languages and English), the arts, health/physical education and computer literacy are all part of an Academy education. But so, too, are those intangible lessons that mold a young person into an ethical and responsible human being. By the time they graduate from Columbus Academy, Upper School students have mastered the fundamentals of a traditional, liberal arts education and are prepared to make a positive contribution to the future.
